Parfait is generally used to describe many different types of layered foods served in a dish. Though it is common to find savoury parfaits in France, in other parts of the world they are had mostly as dessert, using ice cream or sweetened yogurt layered with some kind of fruit. More recently, yogurt parfaits have also become a popular breakfast item....topped with granola.

Do I really need to give you a recipe here?
Just get together the following ingredients:
- Thick greek-style yogurt, sweetened
- Fresh mangoes, chopped into big chunks
- Granola (recipe here)
Take any tall glass that suits your fancy (I used a Martini glass here) and start layering the yogurt and mangoes. You can create as many layers as your glass allows. Finally top the glass with 2 tablespoons of granola and serve chilled.
